Care program

Most pest control companies insist on quarterly service to treat the inside and outside of your home.  To do this, the other company must apply a lot of pesticides on each visit.  By the time the next service is due, the chemical barrier they applied has deteriorated and the pest have already moved in and started breeding and laying eggs.  This process repeats again and again under the standard quarterly pest control program.

Marshal Company's CARE Service is an effective and ECO-Logical method of managing pests.

• Initially - Your whole house is treated including the attic, exterior and interior (A set-up fee will apply)
• Frequent visits - We will return every other month to retreat the exterior only. 
• Results - This more frequent service substantially reduces or completely eliminates the need for indoor treatments.
• Diligence - We will transition between commercial synthetic and organic products to reduce your exposure but still control the pests.
• Added value - You don't need to make special arrangements to let us in after the first initial treatment. We will leave you a note upon each visit.
• Automatic billing - Choose between monthly or quarterly billing.  We'll charge your card automatically so you don't have to pay invoices.
• Good communication - Six times a year we will call or email to reminder you a few days in advance to let you know we are on our way.  When we leave your home, we will leave a door hanger letting you know we were there and what we used to treat your home.

Typical crawling pests controlled under your CARE Service are:  spiders, cockroaches, millipedes, earwigs, scorpions, silverfish, most ants, pill bugs, centipedes, and many others. Another bonus with this program includes Top Choice fire ant control applied right around the house in the winter to minimize fire ants in your home all year long.  Fleas, ticks, bed bugs, yard dwelling fire ants, termites, any flying pest, rodents and some other pest are excluded.
