Marshal Company is the exclusive installer of the Pest Lock mechanical barrier system.                             

This system is designed to mechanically seal openings and create effective barriers where sealing is not a good idea.  This system keeps larger pests from entering the interior of your home.  You will be amazed at how many homes, old and new have numerous openings where pests can freely enter.  The Pest Lock system takes care of the problem by closing or obstructing these openings.  After our evaluation, we will point out the openings pest use to invade your home and how we can fix them using the highest quality products and workmanship.  An ongoing program of treatments is best to maintain control (see CARE Service).  Starting at just $395, our Pest Lock system is a very effective choice for long term & non-chemical approach to pest control.  Secondary effects of our system include reducing moisture intrusion, air infiltration and energy loss.

Pest Lock begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your home.  Once the openings are discovered and cataloged, our team will either obstruct the areas that require ventilation or seal the openings that do not.  Construction knowledge is essential for the proper design & installation of a Pest Lock system.  Our system is designed to identify and close all openings within eight feet from ground level to 1/8 inch or less to prevent larger pests from enter then envelope of the house.  The second story and roof of your home will be closed down to 1/4" or less.  By preventing access, the need for pesticides indoors is limited and in some cases eliminated.
